Best Review on Optimum Nutrition Energy Servings Concord
I was looking for an inexpensive small personal blender that was powerful, easy to use, and could blend a perfect smoothie. I did a lot of research and looked into about a dozen other brands including the famed "Magic Bullet". What I found out was that not all personal blenders are made equal. The "Magic Bullet" didn't get very good reviews even though it is by far the most popular. After all my intense research, I settled on this one... The Hamilton Beach Single Serve Blender. Here's the scoop on what makes this surprising blender the "cream of the crop" :)
Pros:
-Simple and easy to use
-Easy to Clean
-Powerful enough to chop frozen fruits (and probably ice too)
-Pulse button allows you more control because you can start or stop it.
-Seems very sturdy and only has 3 parts to it. (lid, glass, and base)
-This thing is freaking cheap... got mine for $15.
-Blends Smoothies perfectly with no unchopped pieces of fruit.
-Power cord can be tucked in and wrapped around bottom of base for storage.
Cons:
-Emits a slight 'burnt oil' odor while it is in operation... but it's not as bad as it sounds.
-The Lid seems kind of flimsy.
Conclusion:
At $15 this little blender is not only a bargain, it gets the job done and does it well! In fact, it works just as well as my friend's personal blender which costs more than twice the amount I spent on this one. The elegance and simplicity of the design is also to be admired. The plastic blending container also doubles as a travel mug and the Lid to it doubles as a sipping lid when used as a travel mug. It's a nice surprise to see a product in which you can see that they put a lot of thought into it's design. It's positive aspects greatly outshine the few negatives... especially when considering the price. So if you need an amazing blender but you're on a budget, pick this one up and never look back! By the way, this thing is also available elsewhere... like "Wally World" and "Target" ...and at the same low price :)
This is the first pre-workout mix I have ever tried. I used to load up with caffeine and sugar.. and that worked pretty well for me. But this feels so much better than coffee and sugar.
BalasHapusI take 3 scoops before my workouts with creatine. I like the slight feeling of rush it gives me. I feel my heart pumping. I just want to go to the gym and start lifting. I stopped drinking coffee/soda a couple of years ago. So, I assume I am not that immune to caffeine any more. The amount in A.E. feels just right to me. The best part: after the workout no crushing or anything. A protein shake or a good meal and I am good to get back to my work.

I've been using this product for more than a year now and all I can say is that it provides an energy boost that you can feel on the top of your brain. It helps you to focus and concentrate on your work outs.
BalasHapusI work out 5-6 days a week and I need enough energy to get me to my next day at the gym. I started using this ON energy drink and man, it is making such a difference. I usually lift in the morning and do cardio after work, and drink it before and while I work out. It gives me such a rush of energy that I need to make sure to not overdo cardio. I've noticed that I no longer get as sore as before. Also it tastes pretty good. I think they should sell bigger sizes though.
BalasHapusI had heard good things and checked multiple reviews about product but was still worried before purchasing if I would feel the same as many others. I do not know if I get the rush that many described, but I tend to go to the gym primarily for cardio first and weight lifting second and I could see that I focus more during cardio and still have the energy and effort going to lift after I am done. It is a great product and I can notice when I do not take it. I will be continuing to purchase this product going forward.

BalasHapusI have been using this for about two months both intra-workout and post-workout and have really seen some significant gains compared to before using it. I am usually sceptical of things but this product has really made a difference. I usually only use two scoops and the taste is really great (concorde grape). It aides in my recovery and gives me a boost of energy without the tingle. I feel like the added BCAA is helping me to avoid excessive soreness and allowing me to string together multiple workout days in a row more easily.
BalasHapusI use this when I work out and it pushes me to make sure I am bound to get a good workout. I will buy more when I am out cuz it seems to be what I needed for my workouts at the gym
