Best Review on The Body Reset Diet Metabolism
Amazing book. I am on day 8 and have lost 7 pounds and feel great. I am 5' 3" and started at 140lbs but this morning I weighed 132.8. I am not a fan of fad diets, especially when celebrities are involved, because I always assume it's just an attempt to make money. However, after reading the whole book I do believe Harley is an expert and his plan is exactly what he says it is; a reset for the whole body and an easy way to lose weight fast for those of us who are too impatient to stick with a more traditional plan of losing 1 pound a week. The only con to this diet is the planning involved for meals and groceries-I only shop once a week though so I had to choose all the smoothie and meal recipes I want ahead of time. Regardless, the results are worth it. I feel great and am motivated to continue. Highly recommend this.

And if so, how? My diet has been lacking in calories for a good year now and I need to be able to eat a decent amount of healthy food without gaining a tonne of weight. I need to fix this now, so any help would be greatly appreciated :-)

Starting today im am no longer eatting junk food, and drinking pop. But I dont want to eat as much either. How do I make me stop wanting to eat?

BalasHapusHello. About a year ago i weight 115 pounds and i was 5'5". I am still 5'5" and am 133 pounds. After losing weight i turned out to gain even more weight than i was initially. I ate about 800 calories a day adn worked out for about 30 minutes when i was on my diet, and to maintain i ate about 1200 and excersized for about 45 minutes. I became obsessed with my weight and body, and although i hate my body now.. I really want to go back down to my low weight because none of my clothes fit! Honestly i don't know how to diet with out having a really low calorie intake. I have slowed down my metabolism so normally if i eat over 1200 calories i gain weight. Please please help!
