Best Review on ViSalus Balance Meals Health Mix Ins
I was so excited after reading the reviews about using this product. I have a hard time with getting hungry while dieting and needing something NOW! :) This is something that makes it really easy to grab and go. My friend turned me on to these after losing over 30 pounds since January of this year.
I have been taking green tea extract and raspberry ketones along with it, also recommended by her, Green Tea Extract 60 Capsules (500mg) + FREE 25 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder. I think when you're on a strict diet, it helps to take some kind of supplement that speeds up the amount of calories/fat you burn per day.
I will give credit where credit is due, though. I don't regret getting this shake at all. I use it when I'm on the fly for my lunches and it's worth not having to worry about taking the extra time to fix something super healthy and not feeling guilty about eating out last minute.
Some of us need a jump start when it comes to loosing weight, I have currently lost 22lbs since I started drinking this twice and day and it taste great.

My husband and I love this product and it tastes so good! The delivery time was great and so was the price. There are so many mix ins that you can use with this product that it never gets boring. We bought frozen packages of all different kinds of fruits and even mixed it with Silk Almond milk. We both lost weight the healthy way and my husband's diabetes is no longer a threat. It is under control now.

BalasHapusI just made my first ViSalus shake. I did not buy the program or even read about it. My grandfather had some left over in his house before he moved into an assisted living home, and my mother gave me one of the bags of shake mix he had left. I am currently doing a juice fast, but, because that is so extreme, I kind of needed to supplement my diet with some protein. So, I put some ViSalus in a blender with some flax seeds, a couple of bananas, a few blackberries, and some ice and a little milk and went to town! It tasted so good! However, I will mention, I decided to stop halfway because I was full, but, also because I am wanting to freeze the rest of that shake in the freezer for later so it feels like I am eating ice cream. :)
