Best Review on NUTRITION LEAN1 CHOCOLATE Perfomance Shake
I have been doing just 1 to 2 shakes per day...usually just replacing my lunch with it....I do add in a banana most of the time. BUT even alone just mixed in water it tastes GREAT! If you do 3 scoops it is creamier but 2 scoops and at least 1/2 a banana and it is super yummy! It DOES keep me from feeling hungry too!
I've lost 11 pounds so far and the only thing I truly did differently was this drink in the past 2 months. I was already going to the gym a few times a week before. So, I think this shake is helping to kickstart my metabolism maybe.
It is NOT chalky in the least.

BalasHapusIt taste like a McD's Chocolate shake. I use flesh coconut meat and coconut water fresh or can, half banana, 1 nature valley bar and a frozen strawberry. What a good meal that makes for a breakfast or lunch.
BalasHapusThis is the best protein shake I have ever had. I drink one for breakfast and it keeps me full for 4+ hours. I make it just like the smoothie place does. 2 scoops mix, 8oz cold water, 5 ice cubes, 5 almonds, 1/2 banana, blended together till smooth, it makes a 20oz shake. I like the banana in it but I think other fruit like strawberries would also be good. This shake does not have a nasty after taste like others. I have only had the chocolate, but I plan to try some of the others.

BalasHapusI really love Lean 1! The flavor and texture is unmatched in the world of "weight loss shakes." The ingredients are pretty good, and it's full of fruit and vegetable powders. If you get bored of the flavor-mix it up! Here are some ideas:
BalasHapusI start with a base of 2 scoops of powder, 1 1/2 cups water and a handful of ice cubes
Peppermint patty- add 1 drop peppermint essential oil and a dab of heavy cream if desired.
You could also make a strong peppermint tea and use that instead of plain water.
Try L'Orange-use orange essential oil, ground cloves, cinnamon and a splash of vanilla extract.
Try Mexican chocolate! 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, pinch of cayenne to taste.
Mounds bar-Coconut extract or even better Extra virgin coconut oil and a dash of Vanilla extract!
Let your imagination go wild!
I am very impressed with this product. Tried several other meal replacement shakes, but this one out performs all the others by far! Great tasting and very satisfying

BalasHapusI like it. Tastes delicious. Other reviews state to use a banana and/or milk for a thicker shake, and that's good advice. Will continue to buy.
