Read First Before Buy Body Fortress Advanced Isolate Vanilla
I haven't used supplements before, so I did quite a bit of research before ordering this. Here is my experience:
Tastes great - well, I guess I wouldn't just eat the powder for fun, but I find the taste very pleasant. I was nervous after doing research. Apparently a lot of the stuff out there is just nasty. I mix a scoop with 8 oz of skim milk and actually enjoy drinking it.
Disolves quickly, though you do have to stir it quite thoroughly. That isn't a complaint, just an observation. It might be easier in a shaker.
It does what it is supposed to do. It ups my protein intake and helps with my recovery from workouts. My goal isn't to become super bulky, but I am trying to regain some of my muscle mass - so far so good.
Price - GREAT! It is a great value compared to the other stuff I was looking at.
It was important to me to get an isolate for a couple reasons - higher quality protein and - important to me - much much lower cholestoral than the non-isolate version.
